palak chicken pulav

Rice - 1.5cups Chicken- 500gms Onion - 2 sliced big Tomato - 2 sliced big Ginger garlic paste - 1.5tbspoon G.chilly - 6 Turmeric powder- .5tspoon  Red chilly powder kashmiri - 1t.spoon  Corriander powder- 1.5 t.spoon  Jeera powder - .5tspoon  Garam masala - .5tspoon Chicken masala- 1t.spoon  Palak - 1big bunch cleaned and chopped. Pudina - 15leaves chopped Corriander - a handful chopped. Add oil and ghee, add spices - 1inch cinnamon,  2 cloves,  1 elaichi,  1 big elaichi,  .5star anise. 1.tspoon whole jeera. Add onions and fru till brown. Add chilly and Ginger garlic paste. Fry for a minute, add tomatoes. Fry till musy. Add salt. Add all the greens. Saute till they make a thokku consistency.  Add all the masala powders. Fry for a minute. Add chicken and saute for 2min. Close lid and cook for 5minutes.  Now add water and biring to boil. my awesome fried rice (prawn)

Soak .75 cup of rice for 30min and add salt and cook it for a whistle. Water to rice ratio - 1:1. After pressure is released, put it on a large open plate and let it cool Prawn / any meat Take 500 gms of prawn and marinate it with 1t.sp soy sauce. 1.sp salt, 1t.sp chilly flakes and 3/4 th tb.sp cornflour for 30min.  Heat kadai, add little butter to grease pan and cook prawns on high heat. Exactly for 4-5min. The cornflour will stick to pan, remove the sticky particles too and add on the prawns and keep aside. In the same pan, add oil. Beat 3 eggs with little Salt and pepper. Add egg into pan and leave it for 2min and then scramble and keep aside Sauce mix - 1tsp of green chilly, red chilly, soy, vinegar and chilly flakes. 1/2 tsp sugar.
