Eggless Date Cake
Ingredients 1cup maida 20dates 1cup milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 t.spoon baking powder 1t.spoon baking soda 3/4 cup oil 1tb spoon cut nuts (walnuts) Process Preheat the 9ver for 20min at 180deg c Soak 20dates in warm milk (1cup) for 5min Grind the dates in milk with sugar Add oil to the ground mixture and mix well Sieve the maida, soda and baking powder in another bowl Add the flour to wet ingredients and mix gently, dont over mix Pour the ingredients into a dusted baking tray Bake at 180deg for 35min
